Who we are

RuntheLyst is a job advertising site for anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and CAAs. The brand is RuntheLyst. Listing fees are billed by HMT Anesthesia PA. This policy describes how we handle information when you visit runthelyst.com, search the list, apply by email, or post a listing. We are not a hospital, staffing agency, or health plan. We do not want protected health information (PHI) in listings or applications sent through this site.

Data we collect

We do not offer applicant accounts. There is no resume database and no applicant login. Clinicians apply by opening a mail client to the poster’s address. We do not host CVs.

Listing form. When a recruiter or facility posts, we collect the fields on /post, including company, contact email for applicants, role, location, pay, hours, call, vacation, tax type, setting, description, and the package chosen. We generate a Job ID (ref) and store the listing so it can go live after review.

Payment. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive your full card number. Stripe may send us payment status, amount, customer email, and a checkout session id. Billing appears as HMT Anesthesia PA.

Emails and CVs to posters. Apply is email. The message, CV, and any attachments go to the poster, not into a RuntheLyst resume bank. We may see a Job ID in the subject/body template so the poster knows the inquiry came via RuntheLyst. Do not send PHI.

Logs. Our hosts may collect IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps needed to run and secure the site.

How we use it

We use listing and payment data to take payment, create a Job ID, show approved ads on the public list, pin featured ads in matching search, contact the poster, and operate RuntheLyst Facebook, X, Instagram, or TikTok placements when those packages are purchased. We use logs to keep the site up, debug errors, and prevent abuse. We do not use applicant CVs to build a candidate pool.

Sharing

Poster. The public listing shows job details. Applicant email goes to the contact email the poster gave us.

Stripe processes payments. Vercel hosts the application. Cloudflare may provide DNS, CDN, or protection. Supabase stores listing records. We may use Formspree or similar mail tools for operational notices. Those providers process data only to provide their service.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the site, posters, or applicants from fraud or harm.

Retention

Paid listing records (including Job ID, package, and contact email) are kept as needed to run the ad, billing, and review. Expired or removed ads may be archived. Server logs are kept for a short operational period. We do not retain CVs because we do not collect them into a database.

Cookies

The site may use cookies or similar storage so pages load, the session works, and our hosts can provide security. We do not run a cross-site advertising cookie program on the list itself.

Security

We use HTTPS and limit who can change live listings. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Do not put Social Security numbers, medical records, or other PHI in a listing or in an apply email via this site.

Children’s privacy

RuntheLyst is for working clinicians and recruiters. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your requests

To ask what listing or billing data we hold, or to request correction or deletion where we can, email support@runthelyst.com. We may need enough detail to find the Job ID or payment. We cannot retrieve a CV from a poster’s inbox.

California-style notice

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly used in U.S. state privacy laws. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about applicants. If you are a California resident, you may contact support@runthelyst.com about access, deletion, or correction of information we control.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after an update means you have seen the new policy.
