Acceptance
By using runthelyst.com, searching the list, applying, or posting, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The brand is RuntheLyst. Listing fees are billed by HMT Anesthesia PA.
Eligibility
The list is for licensed or training anesthesiologists, CRNAs, CAAs, and for recruiters or facilities hiring those roles. You must be able to form a contract. You may not use the site if we have banned you.
Not an employer or agency
Listings are advertising. RuntheLyst is not an employer, recruiter of record, placement agency, or party to any hire. We do not interview candidates, check licenses, or run credentialing. Apply is email to the poster. There is no resume database.
Paid ads and launch pricing
Recruiters and facilities submit and pay on /post. Current packages are described on /pricing. A standard Listing is a 30-day searchable ad with a Job ID; applicant email goes to the poster; it is not pinned and has no highlight. Featured is 30 days, listed at the top of matching search, with a highlighted card, and may be posted to RuntheLyst Facebook and X/Twitter. Social includes the 30-day featured listing and clinician Instagram and TikTok stories aimed at a younger audience. Launch pricing on standard listings (including a $49.99 promo versus a usual $199 thirty-day price) may end when we take it down. Featured and Social are full price unless we say otherwise. We may change prices going forward.
No hire guarantee
We do not guarantee views, applicants, interviews, hires, or that a clinician will see your ad. Featured placement is paid advertising, not an endorsement of the job or the facility.
Poster warranties and EEO
If you post, you warrant that the ad is accurate, that you may offer the role, and that the listing complies with employment and anti-discrimination law, including equal employment opportunity rules that apply to you. You will not request or post PHI, or ask applicants to send medical records through this site. You are responsible for applications you receive.
Refuse or remove
Listings go live after we review them. We may refuse, delay, edit for format, or remove a listing at any time, including for legal risk, spam, or brand harm. Removal does not, by itself, create a refund right.
Payments and refunds
Payment is due through Stripe checkout on /post. Charges are billed by HMT Anesthesia PA. After a listing is live, fees are not refundable except at our discretion (for example if we never ran the ad). Chargebacks for valid live ads may result in removal and a ban.
Prohibited use
Do not scrape the list, harvest emails, post fake ads, impersonate a facility, interfere with the site, or use the Job ID mailto flow to spam. Do not upload malware. Do not attempt to build a competing candidate database from our pages or apply links.
Intellectual property
RuntheLyst, the site design, and our marks are ours. You keep ownership of the text you submit; you grant us a license to display it as an ad, including featured and social placements you buy, for the listing term and for reasonable archival use.
Disclaimers
THE SITE AND LISTINGS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW. We do not warrant that a listing is still open or that a poster will reply.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, HMT Anesthesia PA and RuntheLyst are not liable for lost hires, lost wages, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim about a listing is limited to the amount you paid us for that listing in the three months before the claim.
Indemnity
If you post or apply, you will defend and indemnify HMT Anesthesia PA and RuntheLyst against claims arising from your listing, your emails, your hiring decisions, or your misuse of the site, including alleged discrimination or scraping.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief anywhere to stop scraping or IP misuse.
